When Isaac became old and lost his sight, he thought it was time to give the blessing to his first born son, Esau. Maybe Esau did not deserve to have his father’s blessing because he sold the rights of a firstborn son to  his twin brother Jacob, just for a bowl of soup. 

I think Esau was disrespectful and careless about God’s promise, to make a great nation from Avraham descendants.

כאשר יצחק הזדקן ואיבד את ראייתו, חשב שהגיע הזמן לתת את הברכה לבנו הבכור, עשו. אולי עשו לא הגיע לברכת   .אביו כי מכר את זכויותיו של בן בכור לאחיו התאום יעקב, רק בשביל קערת מרק

 .אני חושב שעשו היה לא מכבד וחסר רשלנות כלפי הבטחתו של אלוהים, להפוך לאומה גדולה מצאצאי אברה

I believe that this Pasuk/Parashah teaches us that the way Jacob wanted to get his father blessing it is bad.

אני מאמנת שהפסוק/(שהפרשה) מלמדת אותנו שהדרך של יעקב לקבל את הברכה מאבא שלו היא לא טובה (היא רעה).  

His father loved his both sons but he thought that it was right to give Esau his blessing.

אביו אהב את שני בניו אך הוא חשב שנכון לתת לעשו את ברכתו.

Rivka helped Jacob to disguise himself in Esau, to deceive Isaac. I think that the blessing obtained by cheating, will be heavy on Jacob’s neck and shoulders.

רבקה עזרה ליעקב להתחפש לעשו, להונות את יצחק. אני חושבת שהברכה המתקבלת על ידי רמאות, תהיה כבדה על צווארו וכתפיו של יעקב.

 

And old kind of hero in a modern time Legend

Once upon a time, not too far in the future, one happy family lived in a beautiful city somewhere in Canada. Everything went well for this family. The fathers was a still young and intelligent computer specialist and the mother was a brave nurse in a big hospital. Their son, Jan, was a very hard working student, very eager to learn as much as possible.

But one day, all their hopes and dreams crushed all of a sudden. Jan was found with a very serious illness. There was hope, but the cure was very expensive. The family was not rich and sadly, the insurance did not cover this specific cure. So the father, with his computer skills, decided to obtain the cure by using the model of Robin Hood when taking from the riches and giving to the poor. He put his mind to modifying the information of the insurance companies to include the expensive cure to be covered. He tried so hard without any success, and he was desperate and ready to do anything to save Jan. 

When he almost gave up his hopes, he met at his office a new company collaborator, Janet. They become friends and Janet, who has many skills and no friends at all, decides to help Jan’s father. Jan dad found out that Janet was the inventor of the cure his son needed, as she used to work for a big pharma company.

Although Janet had no friends and she was often mocked for being a nerd, she was a honey heart and wishfully to help any people. Long time ago, she realized that she can transform what seems to be a defect into a major strength, like Rapunzel in her legend, Janet used her strength to help Jan father, a Robin Hood of modern days, come to the rescue of the week.

Negrochia

-my ideal country-

When I was 5 or 6 years old I invented the country which I named: Negrochia. It was my dream country, and every time I played, everything was happening there, in Negrochia.

Negrochia is not a big country, but it has high mountains, rich forests and a large and deep river, called Rochia river. Its waters are clear and home to so many kinds of fish. Some are big, some small, some red, some yellow or blue. There are so many birds in the sky and in the forest, some of them singing beautifully and some of them impressed by their unique looks. 

The cities of Negrochia are clean and modern, with beautiful houses, colorful gardens and large streets. The cities also have many schools, where children go everyday smiling and determined to learn. Everything works here with electricity.

Negrochia is a very well organized country. Here, each inhabitant is well represented by one of his own, so that not only people are representatives but also from the animal kingdom. In Negrochia, people and animals can talk to each other. People and animals live in harmony, study and work together. One of the most important laws is about the right to be happy. If for some reasons you feel sad one day, the others will do their best to comfort you and make you smile and laugh. The second law is about education. All children in the country go to school and discover their talents. The third law is about friendship. Everyone respects and protects each other. In this society, there is no place for envy or anger.

If you wish to become a Negrochian citizen you must prove that you are a funny and happy person.
